I’m happy to be your guide on this journey. Although we haven’t met and probably haven’t talked yet, I want you to know that I believe in you. I believe in your heart’s desires, your soul’s calling, your ambitious goals, and your capability of feeling authentically happy and confident every day. It is one of the great promises of being a human with a powerful mind and compassionate heart. Courage is a choice. Happiness is a choice. Success at anything you want is inherently yours! And I’m excited to guide, encourage and uplift you through this transformational experience.
How this journey works
Below is a step-by-step outline of how we will work together. You’ll begin by emailing me a list of things you want to create (description below) and then we’ll set up our first Heart 2 Heart session.
At the end of our Heart 2 Heart, we will book our monthly sessions. Life happens and sometimes we need to reschedule but we’ll plan out our 16-weeks together in advance.
We begin our sessions in September 2021. There is a chance we can schedule our Heart 2 Heart before September 1st but that's not guaranteed. As soon as you have your list and you email me we'll get it scheduled as soon as possible. I look forward to connecting with you.

We often know more about what’s not working and what we don’t like feeling than what we do want to feel, have, and experience. To make any move forward, it’s helpful to know what you’re stepping closer to. What will you begin to focus on and make a priority for yourself?

Carry a notebook in your pocket or take voice memos. I want you to spend some time getting clear about what you’re wanting to feel, accomplish and have in your life. IT CAN BE ANYTHING.
NO LIMITS TO YOUR HEART’S DESIRES.
Go big. Dream fully. Let your heart guide you.
Write down five or fifty things. There are no rules or guidelines for this. It is about making it a priority for you to get in touch with what you will be welcoming into your life’s experience in the coming months. And don’t worry if you feel a bit unsure or stuck, I’ll be helping you with your list in our first heart 2 heart session.

Email me the top five things on your list. By the top, I mean what feels most important to you. The things that light you up and as you read them or say them aloud it brings a smile to your face. You might even feel nervous or anxious (even doubtful) about your abilities to create and have what you want but you know that you want it. Crave it. Yearn for it. It is part of who you were meant to be.

Find time for 2 45-minute sessions each month. I will work out our time zone difference and we will book all four-months in advance at the end of our Heart 2 Heart session. So please bring your calendar to our initial appointment.
I also invite you to begin scheduling 20 minutes a day for YOU. Alone time. Time to breath, dance, take a walk, journal, or meditate. Just twenty minutes a day to begin implementing a devotion to yourself. YOU are the priority.
Find time for 2 45-minute sessions each month. I will work out our time zone difference and we will book all four-months in advance at the end of our Heart 2 Heart session. So please bring your calendar to our initial appointment.
